BOOKING & LOGISTICS

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season - multicultural weddings often involve multiple events, and dates fill quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

  • Absolutely - we’re happy to travel for destination weddings, locally or internationally.

    Travel costs, including flights and accommodations are the clients’ responsibility and will be detailed in your contact.

  • We offer catered packages based on your coverage needs.

    As a starting point our Cinematography + Photography packages start at $3600 + HST (6 hours of coverage).

    Any of our Cinematography OR Photography services start at $2100 + HST (6 hours of coverage)

    Every wedding is different - especially with multi-day celebrations - so final pricing depends on your number of events, coverage hours, and any add-ons like a Next Day Edit, or livestreaming / live projection. BOOK A CONSULTATION and we’ll build a package tailored to your celebation.

  • Our payment structure is as follows: at the time of signing the contract we require a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure your event dates. The remainder balance can be paid up until the end of your last event date.

  • FIrst-send an inquiry through our Contact Form with all your details. Once we confirm our availability, we will guide through the process of completing your booking.

COVERAGE DETAILS

    We are comprised of 2 cinematographer , 2 photographers and 2 Editors. Our Team structure is very adaptable to your coverage needs. Just let us know through your inquiry of your needs and we will be sure to make it happen!

  • Yes, a second photographer / cinematographer is available for coverage. For the style of our work, we usually have 2 cinematographers for film and 1 photographer.

    All weddings are different so we make sure to provide the appropriate team for coverage based on your guest count and the scope of the wedding.

  • We will usually get the “OK” from either the bride or the groom for extended hours. The additional hours will be billed to the client at the end of coverage.

  • Absolutely - multi-day, multicultural weddings are our specialty, We build a custom coverage plan around your full event schedule.

DELIVERABLES

  • Yes we offer both photography and cinematography. We specialize in telling stories through cinematography, but we have talented photographers on our team to handle photography.

  • Yes! A cinematic highlight film covering your pre-events through reception, edited and delivered the very next day so you and your guests can relive the magic almost immediately.

  • Standard turnarounds is 6-8weeks. During our busy season, turnaround extends to approximately 16-17 weeks to ensure every film gets the attention it deserves.

  • Yes - our livestream service includes professional camera operation, HD Video, professional audio, and unlimited viewers, with offline/on-demand recording. We also offer live projectionm which displays in real-time footage on-screen for guests at the venue itself. Ask us about it!

  • All bookings are secured with a formal contract outlining deliverables, timelines, and terms.
